Jessica Knight, UCS Solutions Senior Executive at Business Connexion shares her thoughts regarding the role of Women in ICT.

How do you feel about the representation of Women in Senior Business roles?

“I’m excited,” declares Knight.

“Things have changes over the last few years,” says Knight.

According to Knight, about 30% to 40% of the company’s Senior roles are occupied by women.

“South Africa has managed to achieve a 50% representation in Government and major Leadership positions.”

“I think women are getting a really good profile,” confirms Knight.
